Code of Conduct

POLICY
Recently it has come to my attention that there might be a problem with some unwanted touching taking place among staff members to the guests and other staff members. This is a matter of policy. Your code of conduct is a fairly simple one. If it is offensive in real life then you will treat it as offensive in all Breathless Anticipation clubs.

Here is a real life example of two situations that I personally have witnessed that will serve perfectly to illustrate my point.

I was alone in one of our AP clubs with a friend dancing when a staffer came into the room. The friend I had invited to Breathless had never been here before so this was a perfect example of what not to do with a guest (whether you know them or not). In the middle of our dance the staff member hugged my friend. Not a huge offense except that he had no idea who she was and my dance partner and I had to re-syncronise our movements in yet another hug.

As it that weren't enough, as the song ended I invited my dance partner to try an new dance spot. At the very moment that I clicked to move to the new spot, the staffer then took my place. In real life that is called cutting-in. It can get you knocked-out. That is called upholding a woman's honor. An act of chivalry in which I personally believe. Do not be surprised if you find my boot up your ass if you forget your manners especially if you are on my staff.

This document is your first warning. Second warnings on this matter of policy are stern.

After the first handshake, a wave, or a high-five you are not permitted to touch guests until the guest has either initiated contact or has invited you to do so. Even after this remember to only make such future contact when appropriate. Use those tools which appropriate for the situation. A single hug from a guest is not an open door to randomly grope clients. If they are with someone it is most inappropriate.

Remember that we do not require staffers to be anything more than fun and entertaining. Sex is optional. That includes our guests too. Oh and about my friend that was dancing with me. I haven't seen her since.
