Only the most dedicated person on the Breathless Anticipation staff will be chosen for this position. It comes with great responsibility, but also great reward. Key qualifications include the following skills:

Personality
Friendly to all, and well liked by staff and guests, basically, a "people person"
Maintains an optimistic, fun loving attitude, and knows how to keep the chat mood "light."
Keeps a large imvu friends list
Spends a good deal of time in the chat, so they get to know the "regulars."
Can adapt to change quickly.
Multitasks efficiently

Communication
Frequently communicates with management and staff both inside and outside imvu.
Is available on msn most of the time, and has added all staff there.
Has added all staff to their IMVU friends list.
Able to manage and maintain our BA MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter accounts
Uses Staff Chat and the BA IMVU Group site regularly
Ability to be clear and concise when communicating with management

Conflict Management
The ability to manage tense situations without losing your own composure.
Can evaluate a situation objectively, without letting personal relationships interfere.
Has a keen instinct for when it is or is not necessary to call management in.

Promotion
Demonstrates a mastery of the knowledge contained on our website
Consistently refers others to the website
Actively promotes BA shoppe sales
Is the chief cheerleader for all staff members, reminding guests to tip them.

Staff Management
Ready and able to train staff
Can give clear direction to staff concerning rotation among the rooms
Can monitor and correct minor staff problems before they become major ones.
Identifies and recommends new people for possible staff positions
Keeps up morale among the BA staff

Meets the same qualifications required of a member of the Ping's Panty Raiders team.

This is not an easy job. The person who is chosen to be our Community Director will find themselves in hard situations at times. We need a team player who can do what's best for all, even if it makes them unpopular with some. In return for all that is expected from them, the Community Director will receive 5% of total gross profits from sales made in the Breathless Anticipation shoppe. In time, this could prove to be a significant amount.
