Staff Profit Share Program

Please understand that just because you are a Panty Raider you do not automatically qualify to be a part of our "Breathless Profit Sharing Program".

This is a bonus program and your peers will have a say in whether or not you are to receive this monthly bonus. The bonus can be quite large and is dependent on your participation.

We are a close knit & understanding community of friends; aware that what one member does effects all others, (including financially.) In this profit sharing program that very much matters and we are tied together.

Each month 10% of the gross profit from sales in our BA shoppe wil be used to fund the "staff bonus pool." Obviously, the numbers will vary from month to month, but the more products we sell, the higher the amount in the bonus pool.

Establishing Eligibility

To participate in the program, you will first need to establish your eligibility for a share in the bonus. You may qualify for up to 3 shares each month.

  • One share will be awarded to each qualified PPR team member.
  • An additional share will be awarded to each qualified PPR posessing an IMVU access pass.
  • One share will be awarded to the Breathless Host of the Month.

    At the end of each monthly qualifying period, we will tally the total number of shares, and announce that number to staff.

    It is important to know that you will not be paid on sales made during your qualifying month. You will be paid from profits made during the month following your qualification. If, for example, in October you qualifiy for a share as a Panty Raider, and also have an IMVU access pass, you will be eligible to receive two shares in the November Bonus Pool based on sales at the BA Shoppe during the month of November. This allows you to be proactive and aggressive in promoting sales during the month you are sharing in the Bonus Pool.

    Tips to Boost Your Income & Get Free BA Products

  • Add all BA products to your wish list. You could get the product free, and at the same time, boost the BA bonus pool.

  • Paste our store code into your homepage and/or staff profile

  • Add our url sticker to your hp

  • Become a "living commercial" by wearing and using BA products yourself. Don't hide your outfit when wearing BA products. You want people to see them.

  • Be clever in marketing products. Avoid high pressure sales, but do look for ways to steer guests toward our catalog in a natural, conversational way.

  • Make announcements that are not product ads, yet link to the BA Shoppe. Sharing the link to the recipes for drinks entered in Ping's Bartender Challenge are a good example of this.
